CHERRY COCA COLA CAKE| All About Cake Cookbook recipe

     So, the other day I decided to try making a cake. Specifically a cherry Coca Cola cake from Christina Tosi’s new cookbook, “All About Cake”. It  actually turned out well, and only took about 4 hours. My only problem is that it tastes more like a spice cake then a cherry coke cake. You honestly can’t taste cherry in it at ALL. (Although that may have been my lack of coke extract. I couldn’t find it anywhere, so I had to make my own.Also I forgot to flour the pan.)Other then those few mishaps, it’s suprisingly good for a cherry coke cake.
